I ordered late in the morning for my daughter's 21st birthday. By 1:50 that afternoon the item was ready! It was beautiful and full. Being from out of state, I would definitely use this florist again.

They were very professional to work with and the arrangement is exactly what I was looking for. The end result was that the receiving party was very happy and thought it was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely use them again. If is not always to deal with a florist when you are many miles away. It is nice to know that Platte City Florist is dedicated to providing not only good service but takes that extra step to ensure that both the purchaser and the receiver are satisfied. Thank you.

Arrangement of flowers was excellent.

Delivery person poor attitude. This also occurred in July with my Anniversary. I let the poor attitude pass then but 2 times in a row is poor customer service. Just moved to this area and attempted to buy local. Will not be using this business again. Thanks.

I was so pleased with the speedy delivery of the flowers. I ordered online since I live in another state and they put together the arrangement and delivered within a few hours of my order to my daughter who was in the hospital. Also, they notified me when they had delivered them. My daughter loved the arrangement. I will order from them again!!
